Telmisartan is a medication used to treat high blood pressure, heart failure, and diabetic kidney disease.
Dizziness or lightheadedness may occur as your body adjusts to the medication. Serious side effects includes fainting, symptoms of a high potassium blood level (such as muscle weakness, slow/irregular heartbeat).
