Cefpodoxime is an oral, third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic. It is active against most Gram-positive and Gram-negative organisms.
1 Dry syrup BID/ BD (two times a day) or as directed by your physician

It works by fighting bacteria in your body. Cefpodoxime is used to treat infections caused by bacteria, including upper respiratory infections, ear infections, skin infections, and urinary tract infections.
