Mefenamic Acid is a Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) medicine. It is an analgesic, anti-inflammatory agent used in mild to moderate painful conditions in adult.
1 Tablet BID/ BD (two times a day) or as directed by your physician
Per oral (PO)
used to relieve pain associated with acute musculoskeletal disorders such as sprains, strains, injuries, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. It also relieves dental pain, post-operative, and post-partum pain. It helps to relieve pain and cramps during menstrual periods.
Common side effects include mild vomiting, stomach pain, nausea, headache, and dizziness.
