1 Capsule BID/ BD (two times a day) or as directed by your physician

Vitamin E is used for treating vitamin E deficiency, which is rare, but can occur in people with certain genetic disorders (ataxia) and in very low-weight premature infants. It is used mainly to prevent or treat conditions like Neuropathies, skin and hair damage repair and improvement in cholesterol & hormonal balance. It is also effective for Alzheimer disease, anemia of chronic disease, beta thalessemia, extravasation, dysmenorrhea,G6PD deficiency, glomerulosclerosis, intracranial hemorrhage, male infertility, uveitis, sunburn, rheumatoid arthritis and many more
Vitamin E does not usually cause side effects when used in recommended doses. However, vitamin E may cause side effects if taken at high doses (400 units or more per day) or for a long period of time. In these situations, nausea, diarrhea, stomach cramps, tiredness, dizziness, blurred vision, and headache may rarely occur.
