Dicyclomine is used to treat a certain type of intestinal problem called irritable bowel syndrome. It helps to reduce the symptoms of stomach and intestinal cramping. Dicyclomine belongs to a class of drugs known as anticholinergics/antispasmodics. Simethicone: This medicine is used to relieve symptoms of extra gas such as belching, bloating, and feelings of pressure/discomfort in the stomach/gut.
1 Drops BID/ BD (two times a day) or as directed by your physician

Dicylomine Hydrochloride : This medication works by slowing the natural movements of the gut and by relaxing the muscles in the stomach and intestines. Simethicone : Simethicone helps break up gas bubbles in the gut.
Dicylomine Hydrochloride :: Dizziness, drowsiness, lightheadedness, weakness, blurred vision, dry eyes, dry mouth, nausea, constipation, and abdominal bloating may occur. Simethicone: There are no reports of any side effects due to this medication.
