Nims

Nims tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) primarily containing Nimesulide (typically 100 mg), which works by blocking chemical messengers and COX enzymes responsible for pain, swelling, and fever. It is commonly prescribed for short-term relief from acute pain, dental aches, headaches, menstrual cramps, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and fever. Patients should swallow the tablet whole with food or milk to prevent stomach irritation, and use it at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible—usually not exceeding 10 to 15 days. Common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness, while serious risks involve liver damage, gastrointestinal bleeding, and kidney dysfunction. Nims is strictly contraindicated in children under 12 years old, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and individuals with active liver or kidney diseases
